Our Roots
Gazing at our lush olive groves, we cannot help contemplating the rapid passage of time, as the becalming environment of these perennial trees is essentially the same that surrounded our family almost a century ago, as they began cultivating the jade pearl of the Mediterranean Sea. Today, three generations of dedicated cultivation have passed, and our love of the olive oil is comparable only to the love of our clients for our product. Our family tradition is the roots that keep the Fidelioil tree strong through the years, ready to share its harvest with the world.

Our Olive Groves
Honoring the fact that olives and olive oil have been the basic income of our family for many decades, we provide our olive trees with the utmost care. The olive groves are constantly and regularly inspected by an agronomist, so that they can continue offering their treasure for many decades to come.

Our Olive Oil
Our olives are harvested with a unique combination of both traditional and modern methods; the care provided to the trees during the harvest is, perhaps, countless of years old, whereas the harvest itself is carried out by state-of-the-art machinery, so that both the fruit and the tree are troubled as little as possible. To ensure the freshness of the product, a maximum of just 8-12 hours pass between the harvest and the squeezing at the oil press.
The squeezing method followed guarantees the best possible outcome, and it is preferred by small producers and private households, to ensure the top quality of the product. All olive presses with whom we collaborate have all the required certifications and feature latest technology equipment, so as to produce extra virgin olive oil with contemporary methods.

Over the years, our family has expanded into the production of other natural products as well, such as vegetables, fruits and wine. You can try our products of the Zakynthian soil in uniquely tasty combinations at Fidelio in Alykes, an award-winning restaurant owned and operated by us.
